The Deepings Library, Adults Section

Deeping Community Library offers books, audio books, computers, printing, activities and information for everyone.

Please note that due to social distancing all of our in-library activities and group are currently on hold until further notice.

Senior Book Group: If you love chatting about your favourite book come down and get involved with our senior book group where we sit, read and discuss the latest in book news.  Minibus pick-up is available from 1:30pm.

Knit and Natter: Love to knit? Haven’t knit before? We would love you to join us at our Knit and Natter group. It’s ideal for those looking to socialise and learn a new skill.  Every other Monday 2:00pm – 4:00pm.

CrafternoonsFeeling crafty? Our afternoon crafting sessions allow you to get engaged with other likeminded individuals who are interested in hobby crafting. Open Tuesday from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. 

Scrabble Club: Like a good old game of Scrabble? At the library, we run Scrabble sessions each Friday from 10:00am –12:30pm to keep your brain tested on the latest Scrabble scoreboards. 

Family Research: Interested to find out your family history? We run family research sessions to trace your lineage and draw a direct line between you and your ancestors.
