The library holds a number of events for all ages throughout the year!
Thursday 19th Feb – a talk by Flatlands Alpacas.
The talk will cover all things alpaca – from caring for them to fleece production – and a chance to have a go on a small loom.
Starts at 7pm, tickets £5 pp including refreshments
Saturday 4th April – Easter Fun Day 10-2.30pm
Wednesday 22nd April – Tim Cook will be talking about tracing your ancestry. 7pm, tickets £5pp including refreshments
Wednesday 20th May – come along to talk about birdwatching. 7pm, tickets £5pp, including refreshments
Thursday 18th June – join us for a talk about bees and the fascinating lives they lead! 7pm, tickets £5pp, including refreshments
Saturday 4th July – join us once again for the Summer Reading Challenge!
Read 6 books over the summer holidays and gain a certificate and medal at the end. Free to join.
