Here's a way round it.....
We all know there’s nothing that quite beats the feel of a real book, but in these difficult times we must adapt to feed our phobia!
Did you know you can access Ebooks and E Audio books using your library card?
You will need: A valid Lincolnshire library card and your 4-digit PIN (if you have neither of these please contact the Lincs Library Customer Service Centre on 01522 782010)
E Books – Via the Libby App or Overdrive App
You are allowed: 10 e-Books for a period of 7, 14 or 21 days (choose from the drop down menu). E-Books can be returned earlier than the end of the loan period if you have finished reading them.
You can read books online or via an app on your tablet/smartphone/ereader (some Ereaders will require Adobe digital editions software).
Steps to follow:
- Download the free Libby app or Overdrive app from the App store or Play store (see comparison of apps below and choose the right one for you).
- Add your library search for ‘Lincolnshire’
- Enter library card number and PIN
- Borrow an e-Book.
